Following the announcement of reciprocal tariffs on April 2, the S&P 500 posted its 11th worst three-day performance since World War II. The result was even worse for the group of companies known as the “Magnificent Seven,” which posted the worst performance in history, with a market value loss of more than US$2 trillion in the same period.
